Where are you located? Can I visit and shop in person?

I work from my studio in Newcastle NSW. The studio is a functioning workshop so its not possible to have customers visit for safety reasons. If you are a local or passing through the area, you are welcome to collect your online order!
Do you ship to my country?

I am happy to ship almost anywhere in the world! At the moment I have set up shipping for Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. If you would like me to add shipping to your country, please get in touch so I can add it to my shipping list.
Can I combine orders?

I'd love to combine your orders! If you have an existing order and want to combine it with a new order, please just leave me a note at checkout that you'd like to combine it with your previous order number. It will only be possible to combine orders if the first one has not been shipped yet. Please note that if any of your orders includes preorder items, all your items will be shipped at the latest expected preorder date. Shipping refunds are processed at the time of shipping.
